Hi! 🙂

I just had a GREAT talk with a good friend of mine (she is a Pagan btw) and I just got inspired to write this. It might help you…

Have you ever been in a situation where your faith got mocked and you had no idea what to respond?

Here’s some of the most common “questions” and some help for how to respond.

Witches are Evil!

Witches, Wiccans and Pagans are NOT evil!

We don’t believe in using dark or negative magic. In fact, we have ethical guidelines that prevents us from doing bad things (The Threefold Law).

Most of our jewelry and symbols is empowering, loving and non-threatening!

Wicca isn’t a real religion

I love this one. It’s so easy to answer 🙂

Wicca is recognized by the U.S. government as an official religion and we even have holidays in most states.

In New Jersey you can get the day off from work or school on all of the eight Wiccan holidays

Wiccans worship the devil

Okay, so in order to worship the devil, you actually have to believe in him and that means you have to believe there is a Hell as well…

Wiccans don’t believe in hell. That’s a Christian concept. So is the almighty god. We believe that there is more than one god.

Wiccans have a “dark Bible”

Some people tends to think that all religious books that doesn’t start with “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” are evil.

We create our “bibles” ourselves. We use beautiful long-lasting books and write our thoughts, spells, rituals and everything else down.

I hope you found this somewhat entertaining and maybe even useful.
